What we collect

When you request early access we collect your name, email address, phone number, school, board and the subjects you teach, and your survey answers if you give them.

How we handle your data

We use cloud infrastructure providers, including Microsoft Azure, Google and Cloudflare, and their services to receive, store and process the information you give us. We use it to handle your early-access request, to contact you about RedPrepper, and, in combined form, to analyse interest and decide which features to build first.

These providers handle your data only on our instructions, to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing or other purposes.

We keep your details only as long as we need them for these purposes. Sign-ups that are not verified are deleted within 7 days. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to legal@redprepper.com.
