Website and Early-Access Terms

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of redprepper.com and your sign-up to the RedPrepper early-access list. The website is run by the company below, a company registered in India (“RedPrepper”, “we”, “us”):

By using the website or joining the early-access list, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using the RedPrepper platform is governed by separate Platform Terms of Service, which you accept when you create a platform account.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about RedPrepper and to request early access. You agree not to:

• submit another person's details without their permission, or false details
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to submit forms or scrape the website
• try to get around our security checks, rate limits or verification steps
• interfere with the website or the systems behind it, or try to access data that is not yours

We may block access or remove submissions that break these rules.

3. The early-access list

Joining the list means we may contact you about early access to RedPrepper. It does not guarantee access, a place in any pilot, a launch date or a price.

• Verification. We send a one-time code to the email you give. Your sign-up is complete only after you enter it. Unverified sign-ups are deleted within 7 days.
• Accurate details. The details you give (name, board, subjects, school, email, phone) must be your own and correct.
• Emails from us. We send a confirmation email and later emails about early access. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email or writing to legal@redprepper.com.
• Survey. The confirmation email may include an optional survey. Taking it is your choice and does not affect your place on the list.
• Leaving the list. Write to legal@redprepper.com and we will remove your details.

4. Your information and third-party services

How we collect, store and use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short, we use your details only to run the early-access list and to contact you about RedPrepper, and we never sell them.

We use cloud infrastructure providers, including Microsoft Azure, Google and Cloudflare, to run the website. We are not responsible for websites we link to that we do not run.

5. Intellectual property

The RedPrepper name, logo, website text, design and images belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages of the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.

RedPrepper is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CISCE, CBSE, Cambridge, the IB or any other examination board. Board names are used only to describe the curricula we support.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is". Descriptions of RedPrepper on the website show what we are building and may change before or after launch. We do our best to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the early-access list. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Changes, governing law and contact

• Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to people on the early-access list, we will email them.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
